The university, however, has yet to provide the requested information or a formal explanation for the delay, raising serious concerns about transparency and accountability within the institution. The RTI application, submitted on June 19 under the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Right to Information Act, 2013, sought certified records covering the past ten years.
