According to a notification dated  September 23, 2020 , issued by the Tourism Department, the 22nd meeting of the Board of Directors of TCKP had decided that the entire staff of TCKP could be inducted into KPCTA  “on regular basis.” However, the available minutes of the  22nd BOD meeting held on May 24, 2020  contain different wording. However, the official response does not provide a  head-wise or event-wise breakdown of Rs6,665,799 reportedly spent on sports activities . According to the document, the RTI application was filed on  November 12, 2024 , while the response was provided after the financial year  2026-27 had already begun . In a circular issued by  Muhammad Waqar Ahmed, Assistant Director (NF-I) , to all Presidents and Secretaries General of PSB-affiliated National Sports Federations, the Board announced an amendment to  Rule 3(6) of the National Sports Federations (Tenure) Rules, 2025 , following approval at the  35th PSB Board Meeting held on February 3, 2026 . According to the available government figures, the DSO Upper Chitral had an original budget of Rs. 119,466,170. The final budget was subsequently increased to Rs. 239,961,639.
