The employee records of the FR Tank Sports Wing reveal a significant staff shortage, with only 1 out of 3 sanctioned posts filled, while 2 key positions remain vacant.

According to the data, Inayat Ali Amjid is serving as Naib Qasid (BPS-03), while the remaining administrative and technical positions are unfilled.

The vacant posts include:

Assistant Sports Officer (BPS-16) – Vacant

Junior Coach (BPS-10) – Vacant

Naib Qasid (additional support structure) – partially filled structure, but overall support staffing remains insufficient

The absence of critical positions such as the Assistant Sports Officer and Junior Coach is directly affecting planning, coaching, and field-level sports activities. Without these roles, the development and training of young athletes in the region may face serious limitations.

Experts note that a shortage of technical coaching and supervisory staff significantly slows down sports development programs and reduces the effectiveness of youth engagement initiatives at the local level.

Overall, the records show that around 66% of sanctioned positions remain vacant, highlighting an urgent need for recruitment to strengthen the sports sector in FR Tank.
