Swabi Sports Complex: A Sports Haven or a Political Venue?

The Swabi Sports Complex, constructed for the development of sports and offering space to players, is currently being utilized for political gatherings. A recent video captures the elegantly constructed conference hall of the complex being used for a political gathering rather than a sporting event.
Severe questions are being raised here:
Did the Sports Complex receive any fee for this gathering?
Or was the complex transferred gratis in the name of "political connections"?
Isn't it a breach of public trust to utilize tax-paid sports grounds for political meetings?
It's strictly illegal, according to legal experts, to utilize government buildings and resources for politics:
Under the Civil Servants (Conduct) Rules 1964, no government servant is allowed to engage in political activities or let government resources be used for them.
Likewise, the Election Act 2017 (Sections 187 & 256) clearly forbids government officials from participating in political activity or leasing government buildings and using government funds for political activity.
These acts come under "Misuse of Authority," "Corruption," and "Misconduct," and they are punishable by disciplinary and judicial actions.
Local sources aver that the present Sports Complex administrator is closely allied with a powerful MPA. This affiliation has supposedly set the stage for converting public facilities into political showgrounds.
Players and members of the public have expressed alarm: if sports facilities constructed for use by athletes are commandeered by politics, where will the athletes end up? And more critically, who would answer for the abuse of the taxpayers' money?
This episode is another test case for the Sports Directorate and the provincial administration. Will they give open replies, or will the issue again be hidden beneath files as usual?
