Silence Raises Concerns
Nearly three
months later, there has been no official response, raising serious questions
about transparency within the Sports Department. The silence also reflects a
possible violation of the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Right to Information Act, which
mandates timely disclosure of requested information.
Musarrat
Ullah Jan has signaled that, if the delay continues, a formal complaint will be
submitted to the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Information Commission (KPIC).
