Squash Legend Qamar Zaman: "Hard Work, Honesty, and Divine Grace"

 

 

Squash legend Qamar Zaman, in a heartfelt message, shared his journey of hard work, dedication, and divine grace. He emphasized the importance of relentless practice, saying, "I didn't even have hair, I used to play for four to five hours every day." Despite facing challenges like using a broken ball, he persevered and achieved global recognition.

Zaman highlighted the significance of humility and gratitude: "Britain gave me the Sword of Honor, Allah gave me respect." He also shared insights into his unique playing style: "I used to play in slow motion, they gave me the title of master of strokes."

The legendary player attributed his success to his unwavering commitment: "Allah gave me everything, I used to hit six or seven types of short, because of five hours of practice, Allah gave me honor, name, wealth."

 

Zaman's message to aspiring athletes is clear: "I am saying to you guys, you are all champions, no shortcuts, hard work and honesty are essential here." His words serve as an inspiration to young athletes, reminding them that with dedication and perseverance, dreams can become reality.
