Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Team Selected for 37th Junior Hockey Championship

 

The Khyber Pakhtunkhwa team is all set to represent the province in the upcoming 37th Junior Hockey Championship. The squad, comprising twenty talented young players, will be selected by a panel of experienced coaches, including former international hockey player and coach Yasir Islam, Hidayatullah, and Zia Banuri.

The championship is scheduled to take place in Islamabad from September 25 to October 5. Players born after January 1, 2003, are eligible to participate in this prestigious event organized by the Pakistan Hockey Federation.

The Khyber Pakhtunkhwa team is expected to leave for Islamabad on September 23. They will join teams from all four provinces vying for the championship title.

The selection process for the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa team is currently underway, with rigorous trials and evaluations to ensure the best possible representation for the province. The team's performance in the championship will be closely watched by hockey enthusiasts across Pakistan.
