25 New Appointments Announced for Sports Activities in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa

Peshawar,  In a significant move to enhance sports activities in the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa region, the Directorate General of Sports has announced the appointment of 25 individuals on a daily wage/contingent basis. These appointments, effective from July 1, 2024, to June 30, 2025, include roles such as Athletics, Cricket, Football, and Martial Arts coaches stationed primarily in Mardan.

Each appointee will receive a fixed monthly salary of Rs. 36,000, funded through the ADP Project titled "220486 - Promotion & Sustainability of Sports Activities in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa." However, these positions do not include additional allowances or charges beyond the fixed pay.

This initiative reflects the government's commitment to fostering sports talent in the region and ensuring that qualified coaches are available to mentor and develop young athletes. The appointments are expected to bolster the sports infrastructure, particularly in Mardan, where the majority of the coaches will be based.
