Sports Funds Missing? Inquiry Committees in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Go Silent

Sports circles in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa are expressing disappointment over the lack of progress in inquiries regarding missing funds.

One inquiry concerns a significant amount of missing fees from the Civil Quarter Grounds. A committee formed by the Sports Advisor has yet to produce a report.

Another inquiry investigates the misuse of powers and funds by the former RSO of Dera Ismail Khan, directed by the Secretary Sports. Both inquiries have gone silent, raising concerns of a cover-up.

Sports circles criticize this silence as contradictory to the government's claims of promoting sports and tackling misuse of public funds. They point out that those potentially involved seem to be getting promoted instead of facing consequences.
