Hadaf College dominates Peshawar Sports Scene!

Hadaf College, a private institution in Peshawar, has become a force to be reckoned with in the city's sports scene. Over the past few years, they've consistently climbed the ranks, surpassing even government-run colleges and universities in various competitions.

In the 2021-22 academic year, Hadaf College secured a dominant first place with 34 points in intercollegiate competitions. They reigned supreme in athletics, tug-of-war, tennis, basketball, and squash, dethroning the previous champion, Government College Peshawar. Islamia College, which used to hold a strong position alongside the University of Peshawar in the 14-competition event, also fell behind Hadaf's impressive performance.

Continuing their winning streak, Hadaf College further solidified their dominance in 2022-23.  They not only secured the top spot in inter-board competitions, but also bagged 39 points in basketball during the Board of Intermediate and Secondary Education's inter-board sports events. Their winning ways extended to inter-collegiate competitions as well, with Hadaf College students claiming first place in basketball, squash, cross-country, tennis, tug-of-war, table tennis, and athletics. The college even saw their very own Khiladi Masood Khan crowned the "Best Athlete" award winner.

Hadaf College's remarkable rise in sports demonstrates their commitment to fostering a well-rounded educational experience for their students. Their dedication to athletic development is not only producing champions but also creating a vibrant and competitive sports culture within the college.

    The Mohmand Bajaur Aman Cycle Race, aimed at spreading the message of peace, is set to take place on November 17, 18, and 19. Cyclists hailing from all four provinces and Islamabad are gearing up for the three-day championship, with participation from various teams, including those from Pakistan Army, Higher Education Commission, WAPDA, and Railway.   The event, under the watchful eye of technical officials, boasts a distinguished lineup, featuring Colonel Retd Jahanzeb Niazi from Balochistan, Gul Muhammad Kakar from Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, Nasir Khan Mohmand, and Amjad Nawaz Khan from WAPDA.
