Peshawar High Court Throws Out Case Against Pakistan Hockey Federation

The Peshawar High Court has dismissed a writ petition challenging the Pakistan Hockey Federation (PHF) and its President, Tariq Bugti. The petitioners had obtained an injunction against the nomination and election of the PHF president, but the court ruled that the PHF is a private organization and the writ was not maintainable.

The dismissal of the case paves the way for the PHF to continue its operations without legal hurdles.
