Hockey Turf Stolen from Archery Ground"

Peshawar , In an unusual theft, sections of a hockey turf intended for an archery ground were stolen. The turf, a gift from the former DG Sports, was cut into pieces by unidentified individuals. The culprits loaded the turf into a class 4 vehicle and transported it to the hostel of the Provincial Sports Directorate early in the morning.

 

Bafflingly, the six individuals who helped move the turf, along with the vehicle’s driver, have vanished without a trace. Security cameras failed to record the incident, leaving no visual evidence. Additionally, large portions of the turf were cut and disappeared, with officials from the sports directorate remaining tight-lipped about its whereabouts. Meanwhile, new turf has been brought in for the CM House, while the previously used turf remains unaccounted for.
