Moazzam Khan Cricket Academy Kits Price Hike Sparks Outrage!

The price of cricket kits at the Moazzam Khan Cricket Academy, a provincial sports directorate managed facility, has been inflated to a staggering Rs.22,000! This marks an unjustified increase of Rs.8,000 from the previous price of Rs.14,000.

 

Sources allege that these privately produced kits are being sold at exorbitant prices through connections within the academy, with individuals profiting a hefty Rs.8 per kit. This profiteering scheme exploits the passion of young cricketers and their families.

 

Previously, a suggestion to procure kits directly through the sports directorate and offer them at a reasonable price was met with silence.  Now, with the academy reopening after Eid, the inflated price of Rs.22,000 is seen as blatant exploitation of aspiring cricketers.
