Khyber Pakhtunkhwa's Chief Minister, Ali Amin Gandapur, lauded the inauguration of a state-of-the-art squash court at the Hayatabad Sports Complex, marking it as a significant enhancement. The Chief Minister, a former squash player himself, expressed enthusiasm for the potential of the new four-glass court to elevate the squash scene in Hayatabad.

 

During discussions with Secretary of Sports, Matiullah, and Sports Adviser, the Chief Minister emphasized the importance of fostering national-level competitions. Secretary Matiullah promptly informed him of ongoing plans to host inter-provincial competitions starting May 28th. The Sports Adviser highlighted the multifaceted benefits of this initiative, noting its capacity to showcase provincial talent and foster cross-provincial connections among players.

 

Expressing his endorsement and appreciation, the Chief Minister commended the efforts and congratulated the team on their proactive approach to promoting squash in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa.
