Provincial Sports Directorate Evicts Employees from Quarters, Raising Fairness Concerns

Employees residing in Provincial Sports Directorate residential quarters and Shahi Bagh Football Grounds face sudden eviction orders.

Employees of the Provincial Sports Directorate in Peshawar, Pakistan, have been met with outrage after receiving sudden verbal orders to vacate their residential quarters. These employees, some of whom have lived there for many years, claim they were given no explanation for the eviction.

The news has sparked frustration, with employees calling the move "oppression" and "abuse." They point out that the administration itself houses employees from other departments in the Provincial Sports Directorate hostel, who reportedly receive free utilities while paying no rent.

The employees are demanding transparency and a clear explanation for the evictions. They argue that while some officials enjoy subsidized housing, they themselves are being unfairly forced out of their homes.
