Syed Aqil Shah Kicks Off Under-20 Volleyball Junior Championship in Peshawar

Former Provincial Sports Minister Syed Aqil Shah inaugurated the much-anticipated Under-20 Junior Volleyball Championship in Peshawar. Greeted with traditional flower garlands and a Chitrali cap, Shah graced the event as the special guest.

 

Amidst a vibrant atmosphere, Shah met with players and officials, fostering camaraderie among participants. The tournament commenced with an intense clash between Khyber Pakhtunkhwa White and WAPDA teams, setting the stage for an electrifying competition.

 

Hosted at the Sports Board and Coaching Center, the championship witnesses spirited participation from teams across provinces and departments, promising exhilarating matches ahead.

Cyclists hailing from all four provinces and Islamabad are gearing up for the three-day championship, with participation from various teams, including those from Pakistan Army, Higher Education Commission, WAPDA, and Railway.   The event, under the watchful eye of technical officials, boasts a distinguished lineup, featuring Colonel Retd Jahanzeb Niazi from Balochistan, Gul Muhammad Kakar from Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, Nasir Khan Mohmand, and Amjad Nawaz Khan from WAPDA.
