February 23, 2024 - Answering the call for streamlined processes and enhanced
support for businesses, the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Revenue Authority (KPRA) is
embarking on a comprehensive registration campaign spanning the province. Aimed
at simplifying procedures and fostering convenience, this initiative targets
entrepreneurs and organizations engaged in service provision across Khyber
Pakhtunkhwa.
Under the
directive of Director General Fawzia Iqbal, KPRA is set to kick off the
registration campaign on Monday, February 26, slated to run seamlessly until
March 9. Throughout this period, teams of KPRA officers will fan out across the
province, extending doorstep services to facilitate prompt registration with
the authority.
Director
General Fawzia Iqbal highlighted the campaign's objective of expediting the
registration process for service-oriented businesses. "Our commitment is
to ensure ease of compliance," she affirmed. "Our teams will be at
your service, simplifying the registration process with KPRA."
Emphasizing
the significance of taxation as a national responsibility, Fawzia Iqbal
underscored the pivotal role of taxes in bolstering the province's financial
stability and fuelling localized development endeavors. "Your taxes
contribute not only to provincial prosperity but also to the expansion of your
own businesses," she remarked, exuding optimism for a prosperous
trajectory.
For guidance
and information regarding KPRA registration or service-related sales tax,
