Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Tourism Authority Embarks on Cultural Tour with Takht Bhai Safari Train

 

 

PESHAWAR, Pakistan - The Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Tourism Authority (KPTA) is taking a step forward in promoting tourism within the province by launching the Takht Bhai Safari Train initiative. This exciting program aims to provide a unique and educational experience for over 130 families as they embark on a journey to explore the rich cultural heritage of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa.

Scheduled for March 3rd, the tour will take participants on a fascinating exploration of world-renowned cultural sites including the ancient Buddhist monasteries at Takht Bhai, a designated UNESCO World Heritage Site. Throughout the one-day trip, participants will be treated to a traditional band welcome and informative insights provided by a dedicated tour guide.

The itinerary includes stops at various locations such as Sadar, City Railway Station, Nasirpur, Pabi, Nowshera, Risalpur, and Mardan. This comprehensive tour promises to not only unveil the historical significance of these regions but also foster a deeper appreciation for the rich tapestry of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa's cultural heritage.
