Charsadda's Swimming Pool to Stay Open Throughout Cold Months

Imran Khan, the newly appointed District Sports Officer for the Abdulwali Khan Sports Complex swimming pool in Charsadda, is bringing a refreshing twist to Charsadda's winters. With his innovative plan approved by both the former and current Directors General of Sports for Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, the swimming pool will stay operational even during the chilly months.

Khan's vision involved utilizing pan gas to heat the pool's water, ensuring a comfortable swimming experience. Presenting his proposal to Khalid Mahmood, the former DG Sports, and receiving Abdul Nasir Khan's, the current DG's, appreciation, Khan has set the wheels in motion.

"This unique winter swimming facility will be the first of its kind in the province," says Khan, beaming with enthusiasm. "Providing warm water in Charsadda's swimming pool reflects our commitment to offering year-round recreational opportunities for the community."

Even the pool's builder is impressed with Khan's initiative. "I'm excited about this innovative solution," the contractor expressed, "and I envision implementing similar projects in other locations in the future."

    The Mohmand Bajaur Aman Cycle Race, aimed at spreading the message of peace, is set to take place on November 17, 18, and 19.
