In a nail-biting final held at the Kohat Hockey Turf, Ayub Club clinched the championship title of the Kohat Division Hockey League, defeating Bangash Club Hangu in a closely contested 3-2 match. Ayub Club remained undefeated throughout the league, showcasing their unwavering dominance.

The grand closing ceremony was graced by the esteemed Principal of Army Public School, who awarded prizes to the winning team and top performers. District Sports Officer Kohat lauded the efforts of Hockey Association Kohat and announced the upcoming Provincial Hockey Association event to be held in Kohat soon. To further bolster the initiative, he generously announced a sum of Rs 10,000 for the tournament committee.

Ayub Club's victory was a testament to their exceptional skills and unwavering spirit. This win not only solidifies their position as Kohat's premier hockey team but also injects excitement into the local sports scene, paving the way for even more enthralling tournaments in the future.
