Sports Directorate Announces Promotions, Yet Coach Names Remain Unspecified

Peshawar ,  In a recent development, the Sports Directorate of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa has confirmed the promotion of two coaches from grade sixteen to grade seventeen in 2023. This noteworthy advancement occurred under the leadership of Director General Sports, Khalid Mehmood. As per the official report released by the sports directorate, the elevated coaches now hold the esteemed position of senior coaches.

In addition to the coach promotions, a supervisor from grade fifteen has been elevated to the role of senior supervisor in grade sixteen, while the hostel superintendent, previously in grade ten, has been promoted to grade fifteen. Notably, four caretakers have also been promoted to key positions under DG Khalid Mahmood in the sports directorate this year.

Additionally, four personnel have progressed from the role of storekeeper, initially in grade eight, to grade fifteen. Three technical cadre grade three officials have also been appointed to the position of grade eight.

However, despite this significant reshuffling within the sports directorate, the provincial authority has chosen not to disclose the names of the promoted senior coaches, withholding the information acquired through the Right to Information.
