#KPKSportsFever is gripping the province as exciting inter-varsity and inter-collegiate games dominate the scene!

Buzzing Battles: Peshawar, Swabi, and Charsadda hosted exhilarating inter-varsity games for men and women in late 2022.

Collegiate Craze: Peshawar kept the momentum going in FY 2023 with inter-collegiate competitions for both genders.

Traditional Touch: Provincial Sports Directorate added a cultural twist with inter-constituency final competitions and traditional sports.

Funding Fog:

No Contracts: Despite the sporting frenzy, the Sports Directorate inked no athlete training contracts in 2023.

Project in Limbo: The 1000 sports facilities project, a key development program, remains stuck in the P&D department.

Spending Silence: No funds were allocated for the project in FY 2022-23, and the Directorate mum on spending plans for FY 2023-24.
