The Peshawar Sports Complex has become a beacon of hope, offering daily basketball training sessions not just for male players, but for women as well. This initiative, spearheaded by dedicated coach Faisal of the Sports Directorate, is breaking new ground, providing the city's female college students with an opportunity to hone their skills and embrace the thrill of the game.

Faisal's academy stands as a testament to the growing passion for basketball among women in Peshawar. As he aptly notes, "the interest of women in basketball is increasing and now the numbers are also increasing." This surge in participation is a testament to the academy's impact, providing a safe and supportive environment where young women can develop their athletic talents and build confidence.

Cyclists hailing from all four provinces and Islamabad are gearing up for the three-day championship, with participation from various teams, including those from Pakistan Army, Higher Education Commission, WAPDA, and Railway.   The event, under the watchful eye of technical officials, boasts a distinguished lineup, featuring Colonel Retd Jahanzeb Niazi from Balochistan, Gul Muhammad Kakar from Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, Nasir Khan Mohmand, and Amjad Nawaz Khan from WAPDA.
