Charsadda, Pakistan - A storm of controversy has engulfed the District Sports Office Charsadda, with employees alleging unfair treatment, salary deductions, and even a suspiciously absent Grade 19 relative drawing a paycheck without working.

Swimming Pool Officer Deductions Spark Outrage: The incident began with the deduction of the swimming pool officer's salary. While officials cite a show cause notice and warnings, employees question the lack of transparency and the harshness of the penalty. The DSO's response, dismissively telling the officer "don't be a child," only adds fuel to the fire.

Medical Leave Denied, Duty Enforced: Adding to the discontent, a female coach, on doctor's orders for medical leave, was denied her time off and forced to remain on duty. This blatant disregard for employee well-being further erodes trust and raises concerns about favoritism within the office.

The Curious Case of the Missing Mali: The cherry on top of this controversy is the case of a Grade 9 relative, conveniently holding the position of Mali, who despite being posted at the Tarangzai Sports Ground for months, has yet to fulfill any duties. Yet, their salary continues to flow freely. This blatant disregard for government regulations and apparent nepotism leaves employees feeling cheated and undervalued.

Employees Demand Fair Treatment: The Abdul Wali Khan Sports Complex employees are calling for an immediate end to the unfair treatment and inconsistent application of rules. They demand transparency, accountability, and a workplace that respects their rights and adheres to proper procedures.

Will the DSO Address the Concerns? The DSO's initial denial of the gardner's posting, followed by a disconnected call, only deepens the mystery and fuels speculation. Will the DSO finally address these concerns head-on and restore trust within the Sports Complex? Only time will tell.
