"Provincial Sports Directorate Coaches Left in Limbo as Physical Tests Abruptly Canceled"

In a surprising turn of events, coaches representing various sports under the Provincial Sports Directorate were left puzzled and frustrated after being summoned for physical tests by the Director General, only to have the tests abruptly canceled without explanation. The coaches, hailing from different regions, including Peshawar, Charsadda, and Swabi, gathered at the Peshawar Sports Complex early in the morning, responding to the directive from DG Khalid Mehmood, supervised by Amir Zahid Shah.

Contrary to expectations, coaches from the Hayatabad Sports Complex failed to appear for the scheduled tests, sparking curiosity among their counterparts. The unique policy of the Provincial Sports Directorate raised eyebrows, as coaches questioned why they were summoned for physical tests without prior verification of their coaching credentials at different levels.

Expressing confusion, the coaches emphasized that if verification was necessary, it should have been conducted through a review of their coaching papers. Instead, they were called in for physical tests, only to be turned away without undergoing the assessment. The bewildering situation left the coaches wondering about the rationale behind the decision and the seemingly arbitrary selection process.

Adding to the frustration, the coaches were informed that they would be notified if and when the PC1 (Project Concept Paper) is approved, indicating a lack of clarity in the communication from the Provincial Sports Directorate. The coaches questioned why they were not informed about the need for document verification and expressed disappointment over the lack of guidance from the Development Authority.
