Monthly Fee Hike at Shah Tahmas Football Stadium Sparks Concerns Among Young Players"

The District Sports Office in Peshawar has recently raised the monthly fee for players at Shah Tahmas Football Stadium to five hundred rupees. Furthermore, a declaration has been issued, indicating changes in management for players starting from November 1, 2023.

Shahi Bagh's Shah Tahmas Football Stadium has been a popular destination for young football enthusiasts, with many children flocking to the field to engage in the sport. Despite over four months passing, there has been a lack of action when it comes to providing football coaching to these eager children, who come in search of learning the fundamental techniques of the game.

Approximately one hundred children currently visit Shah Tahmas football stadium on a daily basis, but they are left without proper guidance in developing their football skills. Meanwhile, the District Sports Officer has also increased the fees to five hundred rupees for those who frequent the ground, despite the fact that these young players are not receiving any footballs from the District Sports Office in Peshawar. This has raised concerns and demands for improved coaching and support for the budding football talents.
