DSO Peshawar Expels Players from Badminton Hall, DSO Charsadda Tries to Resolve Dispute

On November 2, 2023, a dispute arose at the Tariq Wadud Badminton Hall of the Sports Directorate Peshawar when DSO Peshawar threw out all the players who were playing badminton there. DSO Peshawar then used a harsh tone with the players, which angered them and led to a tense situation.

 

The players who were expelled protested, stating that they are junior players who pay regular fees and that DSO Peshawar is a government employee who has no right to expel them. Even the administrator of the Peshawar Sports Complex was unaware of the incident, but officials immediately reached the spot and informed him.

 

In view of the situation, the administrator told DSO Peshawar that he should have taken him into confidence before coming, but this process was stopped. Once again, the situation became tense, which DSO Charsadda tried to resolve by reaching the spot. However, he also did not inform the administrator of the Peshawar Sports Complex and gave DSO Peshawar time from one o'clock to two o'clock.

 

As a result of this incident, there is still tension among the players in the Tariq Wadud Badminton Hall.
