Peshawar Red Beats Peshawar White in Inter-District Hockey Championship

Peshawar Red defeated Peshawar White 2-1 in the Inter-District Hockey Championship at the Peshawar Lala Ayub Hockey Stadium.

 

Chairman of Hockey Association Khyber Pakhtunkhwa and former IGP Saeed Khan was the chief guest for the match, while Syed Zahir Shah and Hidayatullah of Hockey Association were also present.

 

Hamza scored a goal for Peshawar Red in the third quarter, while Salman and Zareen scored two consecutive goals in the final quarter to seal the victory.

 

WAPDA senior players Qaiser Wadud and Abdul Hadi performed the duties of technical officials for the match.
