Khyber Pakhtunkhwa DG Sports Instructs Sports Complexes to Deposit Income Directly into Bank Account

Director General Sports Khyber Pakhtunkhwa has issued a notification instructing all sports complexes to deposit the income received directly from the members into the account in the Bank of Khyber every month. The notification added that anyone who contacts the directorate in this matter or delays it will be considered to be engaging in misconduct and will be subject to disciplinary action.

The notification also said that all the in-charge of sports fields in the district, including all the complexes, have been sent on Friday, which has not been received today. Earlier, all the sports complexes used to freeze in their accounts and submit it to the accountant after a month, but the maintenance in their respective complexes were also completed in the same category. They are in this problem that they will submit their income to them, but then when there are expenses in the sports complex, they have to beg the directorate.

The new directive from the DG Sports is aimed at bringing transparency and accountability to the financial management of sports complexes in the province. It is also expected to improve the maintenance of sports facilities.
