DSO Peshawar and RSO raid employees' houses, seize illegal electricity connections

District Sports Officer (DSO) Peshawar and Regional Sports Officer (RSO) Peshawar raided the houses of employees located in Shah Tahmas Football Stadium on Thursday. The raid was conducted to check for illegal electricity connections.

 

During the raid, it was found that two class four employees, including the DSO Chitral, were using electricity illegally. The employees were also using heaters and other appliances for domestic purposes. The electricity was being used without a check meter.

 

The DSO Peshawar and RSO Peshawar have submitted a report about the incident to Director General Sports Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Khalid Mehmood. They have sought his opinion on how to proceed with the matter.

 

Meanwhile, the employees whose houses were raided are angry about the unauthorized entry into their homes. They are also worried about their privacy and the disrespect of women.

 

The employees are considering taking the matter to different forums.
