Where have Tariq Wadud's wooden hall boards disappeared after the conversion of the badminton hall into a synthetic court?

PESHAWAR... The sports community has raised concerns over the missing boards from the former wooden court of Tariq Wadud Badminton Hall. Following the establishment of a synthetic court in the hall, the wooden boards were stored in a facility adjacent to the Arena Hall of the Provincial Sports Directorate.

However, they have mysteriously vanished from the storage area. No auctions or alternative uses have been reported for these boards. The estimated value of these boards at the time of removal from the wooden hall of Tariq Wadud Badminton Hall was around Rs. 7 lakhs. The disappearance of these boards raises suspicions and warrants a thorough investigation.

The questionable quality of the synthetic court that replaced the wooden hall adds to the urgency of the matter. The sports community demands that the DG Sports Khyber Pakhtunkhwa initiate an inquiry into the removal of the boards from the Badminton Hall and take appropriate action against those responsible.
