Peshawar ,  In the wake of Rasool Shah's retirement as the Administrator of the Sports Foundation and the Sports Directorate, the question looms over whether he will retain his position as the President of the Mansehra Kabaddi Association in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa (KPK).

 

 

Although he held the dual role of a government official and Kabaddi Association President in Mansehra, his performance in advancing the sport remained questionable. However, the Kabaddi Association turned a blind eye due to his departmental affiliation.

 

According to the law, it is prohibited for any government official from the same department to hold a position within an association. With Rasool Shah's retirement, the fate of the Mansehra Kabaddi Association's presidency hangs in the balance. Will the association elect a new president, or will Rasool Shah continue to serve in the role? The outcome of this matter remains unknown.
