Quetta , In an impressive display of archery skills at the 34th National Games, the Pakistan Army archers clinched the top position, leaving their competitors in awe. The intense archery competition took place at the Butum Sports Complex in Quetta.

 

Iqra Farooq, a talented archer from the Pakistan Army, showcased her exceptional talent and emerged as the gold medalist in the women's individual archery recurve category. Umm Kulsoom exhibited remarkable prowess to secure the silver medal, while Shaista Kiran earned the esteemed brown medal.

 

The men's individual archery competitions witnessed fierce competition as well. Numan Saqib from WAPDA demonstrated his skill and claimed the silver medal, while Muhammad Nadeem of the Pakistan Army secured the brown medal.

 

In the team events, the Pakistan Army's dominance continued. The team consisting of Muhammad Tayyab achieved the silver medal, while Khyber Pakhtunkhwa's trio, Abdul Wahab, Asrarul Haq, and Wajahat Ali Khan, showcased their talent and secured the brown medal.

 

The mixed team event witnessed an outstanding performance by the Pakistan Army, earning them the gold medal. WAPDA had to settle for the silver medal, while Punjab's team claimed the brown medal.

 

Overall, the Pakistan Army team excelled in archery, proudly claiming the highest number of gold medals in the competition. Their exceptional skills and dedication to the sport have brought them well-deserved recognition.
