Pakistan Army Assures Quality Equipment for Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Archery Team, Colonel Sadaf In-Charge

Quetta, May 28, 2023 — Colonel Sadaf, the Sports In-Charge of Pakistan Army, has lauded the superior archery equipment provided to the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa team. During a discussion with Secretary Zulfiqar Butt, Colonel Sadaf expressed the Army's intention to acquire similar equipment for their archers. The Secretary assured the Federation's full cooperation in delivering high-quality equipment to the Army.

 

Colonel Sadaf emphasized that the equipment provided to the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa archery team surpasses previous standards. Impressed by the foreign equipment provided this time, Colonel Sadaf expressed his desire to inspect the equipment thoroughly and requested future acquisition of the same quality. Secretary Zulfiqar Butt explained that procuring the equipment directly would not only reduce costs but also provide standard equipment for both the Army's archers and the provincial team.

 

Furthermore, Colonel Sadaf commended Sara Khan, the first female coach in Pakistan, for her exceptional training skills, benefiting both male and female athletes in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa. The Federation aims to support the coach and her team in their efforts.
