According to reliable sources, the appointments made by the former D.G. Khalid Khan were not only in violation of the fixed term transfer rules but also lacked adherence to the promotion guidelines. This has prompted several affected officials to take legal action and seek the assistance of lawyers. 🤝⚖️

 

In his final month of tenure, Khan handpicked his favorites for various positions and even transferred class four employees from distant areas like DI Khan to Peshawar. Shockingly, these individuals were promoted without merit, despite their lack of performance in their assigned districts. The head of the department, seemingly oblivious to their absence on duty, turned a blind eye due to personal favoritism. 😱

 

Officials within the Sports Directorate have raised concerns, citing instances where duties are being carried out at multiple locations, while some employees remain completely inactive without any accountability.
