The provincial sports directorate has reservations about the non-standard hockey turf, but everything is going on by word of mouth, reports

 

Abbott Abad... The newly constructed astro-turf for hockey in Abbott abad has not yet been handed over to the administration.

Yesterday, a video of cricket players playing on the newly laid turf went viral on which Regional Sports Officer Abbott Abad called it Sunday's video and said that it has been closed now, although if the office is closed on Sunday, then how is the turf open.

It was not handed over because there are reservations about the newly laid turf, that's why PSB did not hand over this turf to them. It should be noted that this is the second hockey turf under the management of the Provincial Sports Directorate, on which the Regional Sports Office itself has reservations, but despite the passage of three months, the Provincial Sports Directorate Khyber Pakhtunkhwa along with the administration of Pakistan Sports Board have remained completely silent on this issue.

And till now they don, t sent any letter or  e-mail to Pakistan Sports Board  about their concern over turf.
