And a lot of pressure was put on the former director general to show this class IV employee as a caretaker, but he refused. 

These recruitments have also been done secretly and it is being shown that all this was done on merit.

that sports department offical  should be told that he is facing problem as security officer and not able to work as security officer , that why he will work as offical hair dresser and will not take money for it, but they cannot perform the security duty.
