Sports Directorate employees could not get a copy of the amendments to be made in the service structure

The employees have also deposited money to file the case in the court, but the management is reluctant to give the copy, reports said


PESHAWAR. The copy of the service structure to be amended by the Provincial Sports Directorate has not yet been received by the employees of the Sports Directorate, due to which they are unable to file a case in the court in this regard. 

After the amendments, the term of employment for Grades 10 to 16 has been reduced from three years to five years, for Grades 16 to 17 from five years to 8 years, thus the first promotion position for matric pass employees has been reduced to three years instead of two years for DSO. Along with this, typing speed has also been done, however, no modification has been made for the promotion of financial and class four who have done their master's and have been working for the last eight to ten years, due to which not only class four but also among the higher officials. 

Regarding the amendments to be made in the service structure, the concerned persons were also not taken into confidence, that is why the employees of different cadres have deposited ten thousand rupees with a senior officer of the Sports Directorate so that the amendments to be made in the Provincial Sports Directorate. 

It can be challenged in the court, but the copy of these amendments has not yet been received by them and the copy is not being given to the employees, due to which the door of the court has not yet been knocked against the sports directorate.
