Mardan... People associated with sports have demanded the supervisory government to check the purchases made for the gym built in Mardan during the tenure of former sports minister Atif Khan and said that gyms have been built in such areas of Mardan, Where there is no need for them.

The purchases made for these gyms and the quality of the goods brought here should also be checked by technical persons who know not only about the gym but also about the items used in the gym, not the sports directorate. From the employees, who report "everything is fine" due to the fear of their officers.

In a statement, sports circles say that the purchase of the gym was done by the sports directorate during the last tenure of the former sports minister and for such A committee was formed whose supervisor was the Accountant General from Khyber Pakhtunkhwa and he neither knew about these purchases nor their technicalities.

They demanded the Caretaker Chief Minister of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, Caretaker Governor Ghulam Ali and investigative agencies to investigate the matter and take notice.
