Distirct Sports Officers will submit writ against the service Rules of Sports Directroate Kp

Peshawar , The District Sports Officers of Sports Directorate of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa  have united for the seat of the Director General and have decided to approach the court against limiting this position to PMS officers only, for which DSOs across the province have funded. 

Collection has started for case in peshawar hight courts agaist the decisission . After the amendments made in the year 2018, only PMS officers can get this post, while for many decades people associated with the sports sector are retired due to not passing the competitive exam and they are not appointed to the post of Director General. 

That is why the DSOs appointed in different districts of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Sports Directorate have decided to refer to the court against the amendments made. 

according to the DSO ,  the ammendment is  an abuse with the officials associated with it that they have reached grade nine or twenty but they are not appointed as Director General of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Sports Directorate even though it is a technical field and PM officers cannot do anything for six months due to lack of technical knowledge.

 Neither are they experts in the field of sports, therefore, the amendment in the service rolls should be terminated. Accordingly, DSOs have also started collecting funds to obtain the services of a lawyer.
