Unique policy of PSB Peshawar, collection of 5000 monthly rent from permanent employees

Acting Director Peshawar can't even ask for the appointment letter from DGP PSB Islamabad Ashirbad.

Security guards from southern districts are on monthly rent, while unidentified officials from Charsadda, an hour away, are staying in hostels for free.
