Other private employers are threatened to graduate, civil servants remain silent


Peshawar.. Sports Directorate Khyber Pakhtunkhwa's unique policy, under compulsion, coaches working in private sector have been prevented from working elsewhere, while a different policy is in place for many officials who have access to them. 

Under the administration of Sports Directorate. The management has instructed the coaches of the cricket academy not to do duty elsewhere and work only in the cricket academy otherwise you will be graduated, after which many people work elsewhere due to compulsion and poverty. 

They have left their second job even though they are being paid twenty five thousand rupees, among them there were some coaches who were working privately early in the morning and were forced to work for their economic stability, while on the other hand, those who are permanently employed in the sports directorate. 

Many officials are also doing private duties along with government jobs, but since they are included in the Good Book, they are not being told that they are not allowed to work elsewhere, although they have to obtain NOC from their respective institutions, but in the Good Book.
