Haroon-ul-Rashid Shabi from Civil Quarter Peshawar has been included in the International Empire list by the Federation of International Hockey and a declaration has also been issued in this regard. Belonging to the International Hockey Empire and will perform duties as Empire in future international hockey matches. H has added to the list of international empires
