The Youth Department is trying to rope in NGOs for carrying out activities in the annexed districts on huge fees.

PESHAWAR... The Youth Department of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa has contacted several NGOs to start activities in the merged districts and enticed them to pay a very high  daily fee so that activities can also be carried out in the merged districts and the integration of the Youth Directorate.

The activities of the districts can also come forward. According to the sources, several NGOs have been contacted by the key officers of the Youth Directorate and they are being enticed to conduct specific surveys in the tribal areas which are now in the annexed districts, for which the Youth Directorate will give funds to the NGOs.

The support has also been filled, but most of the NGOs have shown their inability to work in these areas despite the heavy remuneration due to the fear of terrorism and the ground conditions of the annexed districts and have said that they are greedy for money.

Not in favor of risking lives due to which there is still no youth development survey in the merged districts.
