 In the Peshawar Intercollegiate Basketball Tournament, Government City Girls Degree College Gulbahar won the champion trophy by defeating Frontier College for Women by a huge margin. The Intercollegiate Girls Games are being organized in Peshawar by the Higher Education Department of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa. Last day, the final match was played between the teams of Government City Girls Degree College Gulbehar and Frontier College, in which the students of City Girls Degree College Gulbahar showed their best game and defeated the opposing team by 16-39 scores. Malaika and Laiba played a key role in the success of their team by playing well. City College Gulbehar also won the champion trophy by defeating Frontier College in the handball event. The teams of Greek College Nahqi and Girls College Bacha Khan were included.
