Peshawar... The use of tennis ball in cricket matches has been revealed in the inter constituency games  competitions conducted by the Provincial Sports Directorate recently and these competitions were conducted with tennis balls in all the regions of the province. 

Three teams formed through the members of the assembly were formed which included cricket, volleyball and football teams in which cricket competitions were conducted with tennis balls although the main purpose of these competitions was to bring forward the talent and in this Players up to under 29 were given opportunities to play, 

but most of the teams refused to play on hard ball and so these competitions were held on the tennis ball of Peshawar.
