Coach's papers are fake, not fake, real, sports directorate upset by association giving two different papers

Peshawar.. Sports Directorate Khyber Pakhtunkhwa was contacted by an association related to sports in the matter of coaches. 

The papers are fake and have nothing to do with it, however for unknown reasons the same association once wrote on its own pad that the concerned coach is a genuine coach and not involved in any forgery, same pad of the same association. 

But this two-tone policy has also surprised the administration of the Sports Directorate. According to the sources, the Sports Directorate is not doing anything in this regard, nor was the question asked to the association that the concerned association has asked about the same person. 

How have two different claims been given? Nor has the sports directorate closed the funds of the respective associations to find out where the two numbers are.
