A young player was injured due to being hit by a hard ball at the cricket academy, and was taken to the hospital in an emergency

PESHAWAR... A 12-year-old player who was coming for training at the Cricket Academy of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Directorate of Sports was injured due to a hard ball. 

He was sent home after initial treatment. He was brought to where several tests were done in view of his condition. 

The incident took place yesterday when a senior player while playing on the pitch hit the ball which hit a player passing by, after which there was chaos and an altercation between the senior player and the in-charge of the cricket academy. Later, the players rescued the beach. 

This is the second major incident in a month and a half where children were injured due to the hair of senior players in the cricket academy and they were taken to the hospital. Children come here for training every day from 3 am to 6 pm.
