Contract Employees stage a protest for their demands

 PESHAWAR,( kikxnow) Contract employees of livestock on project base, have demanded of the government to make them permanent otherwise, they would be compelled to start protest demonstrations on daily basis.  

They made the demand during a protest demonstration here opposite Cantonment Railway Station on Tuesday.

Umar Hayat was leading the protesting contract employees of livestock, who carrying banner and placards inscribed with slogans in favour of their demand, they were also chanting their slogans for their regularization.

Talking to media persons, he said that they had been informed prior to a month that they expelled from their jobs, which he added was injustice with them.  

The contract employees, he informed that were appointed on protect Control Dairy Milk and Pets, but when the time came to be made as permanent employees of livestock, they were discarded.

The contract employees, therefore, appealed that they should also be regularized like employees of FATA secretariat so that they could also feed their family members.

    The Mohmand Bajaur Aman Cycle Race, aimed at spreading the message of peace, is set to take place on November 17, 18, and 19.
